Pa Otonti Nduka In a visit to his Alma mater – State Primary School Rumuapara
The renowned Professor Emeritus Otonti Nduka,FNAE, DSSRS, a member of Board of Trustees and former President of Nigerian Academy of Education, today visited his alma mater – State Primary School Rumuapara (formerly Holy Trinity Rumuigbo) where he graduated Ninety (90) years ago in Obio/Akpor L.G.A of Rivers State to present his two annual AWARD FOR ACADEMIC AND MORAL EXCELLENCE respectively on Friday 26th July, 2024.
The Chairman of OTONTI NDUKA FOUNDATION FOR VALUES EDUCATION recalled his good old days in the school and encouraged the recipients to maintain the virtues in life while others should emulate them to win in subsequent editions.
The Head Teacher Mrs Jane Waleru, Parents Teacher’s Association and the recipients’ family appreciated the centinarian for the goodwill.
The cash of award of #50,000 each were received by Kumage Glory and Osilem Temple.
Highpoint of the event was the rendition of the new National Anthem of Nigeria in Ikwere language courtesy of the Ikwere teacher courtesy of the RSUBEB indigenous language scheme.
