About Us
The Foundation was proposed to be a permanent research centre with an international outlook. In April 2007, it was incorporated (Reg. No. 105919) as a non-governmental organization (NGO) with a Board of Trustees, chaired by Emeritus Prof. Otonti Nduka, and made up of eminent citizens drawn from different walks of life and from different parts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to pilot the affairs of the Foundation.

To maintain the moral and ethical vitality of the nation through research and the dissemination of the research findings through publications, lectures, workshops and seminars, public enlightenment campaigns and so on.
Objectives
To inculcate positive values such as honesty, justice and fair play, discipline, right attitude to work, service, integrity, tolerance and so on.
To promote the revival and growth of the Nigerian body politic through values education.
